Highlights
- Barrimoon to Littlemore (about 39 km, open) passes through six tunnels tại the Dawes Range, with views to Kroombit Tops
- Burnett Bridges section (Reid's Creek to Mundubbera Ski Area) has river views, citrus orchards and birdlife
- Runs through the Boyne Valley and the towns of Monto, Eidsvold, Mundubbera and Gayndah
Before you go
- 270 km is the planned full length. About 90 km is open now, tại three sections
- Monto to Mulgildie (11 km) was being resurfaced, with opening listed for early 2026. Check its status
- Camping at Mt Debateable ($10) and at Barrimoon, Golembil and Builyan ($13), booked via Hipcamp or the on-site honesty box
- Toilets are at Barrimoon. The first 600 m from Barrimoon Siding to the first tunnel is all-abilities. Entry is free
