Report a stolen e-bike

Act quickly — it gives you the best chance of getting it back. Three steps, in this order.

  1. 1

    Tell the police

Theft happening now, or anyone in danger: call 000. Otherwise use your state police’s online report or call the Police Assistance Line on 131 444. Give them the frame serial and photos, and ask for an event or report number.

  2. 2

    Flag it on EbikeMate

Sign in to choose your bike and press Report stolen or lost. Not registered yet? You can register it now with your receipt and photos, then report it.

  3. 3

    Watch for it — safely

Check online marketplaces for your make and model over the next few weeks. Found it? Don’t try to get it back yourself — give the listing link and your event number to the police. Tell your insurer too.

EbikeMate is an independent private platform. A stolen flag does not replace a police report. The full guide →

Brand not listed? Pick by motor system — parts follow the motor, not the badge on the frame.

Where are you?

Your postcode decides what you can see. Batteries are pickup only, so they only show to buyers near the seller, and some items are not shown in every state.
