Privacy

We collect your email address, name, and — if you give them — your phone number, postcode and business details, to run your account and show you listings you are allowed to see. We keep a log of account and listing actions to prevent misuse.

Location data (GPS) is removed from every photo before it is stored. Your exact address is never shown; listings show a suburb and region.

Messages between buyers and sellers are stored so both can see the conversation, and may be read by our staff when a listing is reported.

We do not sell your information. Ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account, at ebikemate@gmail.com.

Your bike

Save your bike and every part shows whether it fits. Kept on this device; no account needed.

Brand not listed? Pick by motor system — parts follow the motor, not the badge on the frame.

Where are you?

Your postcode decides what you can see. Batteries are pickup only, so they only show to buyers near the seller, and some items are not shown in every state.
