Supply Australia’s electric ride market

Australian and overseas wholesalers, manufacturers and distributors can apply for a business account and show e-bike, e-scooter and electric motorcycle parts and vehicles to Australian buyers.

Mainland-China applications are not open yet. Direct online applications from mainland-China suppliers are not open yet. EbikeMate is completing the cross-border personal-information notice and related review. Until then this page provides supplier requirements only and does not collect application information. Choose the right path

Australian business

Apply with your business details and ABN. If you also run a physical shop, use the shop path to show services and a local location.

Overseas business

Choose Overseas in the application. Give your registered company name, country, business address and contact details. An Australian ABN is not required for this path; a person reviews the application.

Use these live category pages to understand how Australian buyers browse. Parts should use the maker part number and evidence-backed fitment wherever available.

How supplier onboarding works

  1. Apply free to start. Add your company, business address and contact details. Overseas businesses use their local registration details instead of an ABN.
  2. A person reviews the business. Approval confirms the company and contact details we reviewed; it does not approve every product or compliance claim.
  3. Add stock with clear delivery terms. List manually or use a CSV or Google Sheet. Overseas-held items wait for a separate review before buyers can see them.

Make listings useful to Australian buyers

  • Identify the actual part: maker part number, barcode where available, clear photos and dimensions. Do not claim a fit without evidence.
  • Show whether stock is in Australia or overseas. State dispatch location, shipping charge and estimated delivery time before the buyer agrees.
  • Tell buyers what is included, who handles import charges and returns, and whether a battery needs a suitable specialist carrier.

Business approval does not verify every product, fitment claim or shipment. Overseas-held listings receive a separate review. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and fulfilment directly.

Check Australian requirements before listing

Sellers are responsible for Australian product safety, truthful descriptions, shipping arrangements and applicable import obligations. Requirements differ by product and destination; a business account is not a compliance certificate.

For a complete electric motorcycle that may be a road vehicle, check the Australian import approval pathway before arranging shipment. For used vehicles, parts and tyres, check the exact biosecurity conditions. Battery and charger requirements also need product-specific checks.

Where are you?

Your postcode decides which Australian pickup listings you can see. Local batteries show only to buyers near the seller; reviewed overseas-held items show their origin and delivery terms separately. Some items are not shown in every state.
