Is my e-bike legal（Queensland?）
A legal e-bike（Queensland is pedal-assist, stops helping at 25 km/h, has a motor of 250 W continuous rated power or less, and any throttle only works up to 6 km/h. From 1 March 2027 it also needs an EN 15194 compliance label, or a Legacy EPAC label from an approved verifier.）

From 1 March 2027 an e-bike ridden（public in Queensland needs a compliance label. Bikes made before 1 July 2026 that meet the power and speed rules but have no EN 15194 label can be ridden until 28 February 2027.）
