Personal accounts — do it yourself
- Sign — to EbikeMate (in the app or at ebikemate.com.au). ਵਿੱਚ
- Go to Account → Profile → Your data.
- Optional: choose Download my data to keep a copy.
- ਖੋਲ੍ਹੋ Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.
If a bike on your account is reported stolen or lost, mark it recovered (or ask us) first, so the theft report isn’t lost.
Shop and business accounts
ਈਮੇਲ ebikemate@gmail.com from the address on the account. We close it for you so your customers’ Bike Passports are handed over properly.
Can’t sign in?
ਈਮੇਲ ebikemate@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, email and phone are removed and you are signed out everywhere.
- Your Bike Passports are taken off the register, and their private photos, receipts, documents and notes are destroyed.
- Your listings are withdrawn, and saved searches, saved listings and stolen-bike alerts are removed.
What is kept
- A record that a deleted account and its bikes existed, so the register’s history stays trustworthy — with no name, email or phone attached.
- Messages you sent to other people stay — their inbox. ਵਿੱਚ
- Payment records we must keep for tax law (generally 5 years).
- Bike Passports you already transferred to someone else belong to them.
