Where’s the serial number on an e-scooter?

An e-scooter’s serial number is how police match a recovered scooter to its owner, and how a buyer checks it isn’t stolen. Find it and record it today — it takes two minutes.

  1. On the frame or deck. Most scooters have a printed sticker on the frame — on the stem, beside the charging port, or under the deck.
  2. In the app. Many connected scooters show the serial (SN) في their app’s device information screen.
  3. On the box and receipt. The packaging label and your receipt or warranty card usually show it too.
  4. On the battery and charger. These have their own serials — record them as well.

قراءته بشكل صحيح

  • Write down every character في order. Watch for look-alikes: 0 و O, 1 و I, 5 و S, 8 و B.
  • Don’t confuse it with the model number or a barcode number printed near it.
