E-scooters carry a lithium battery over 100 Wh, so they are not posted. Collect it, or arrange a dangerous-goods courier with the seller.
Check it’s legal where you’ll ride it. In most states an e-scooter must not be able to go faster than 25 km/h, WA allows only 25 kg, and private e-scooters can’t be ridden（public in NSW. See EbikeMate’s e-scooter laws by state.）
