  Tick “E-scooter repairs” and you appear on e-scooter repairs. Riders can send you a request with their scooter and what’s wrong — punctures, brakes, batteries, displays.

• Buyer requests for brands you sell

  Every e-scooter brand and model page has “Ask shops near you”. Add the scooter brands you stock and requests from riders σε your state come to you.

• A free Passport with every sale

  Record the serial as you hand the scooter over. Your customer gets an E-scooter Passport marked Καταχωρίστηκε από κατάστημα λιανικής — proof it’s theirs, and a reason to come back to you for service.

• Help riders stay legal

  Each model page shows whether it fits the rules σε every state, from the official limits. In Queensland, every e-scooter must be limited to 25 km/h by 28 February 2027 — riders will look for shops that can help.

Questions e-scooter shops ask

We only sell or repair e-scooters, not e-bikes. Can we join?

Yes. Tick “Sells e-scooters” and/or “E-scooter repairs” σε your services and add the scooter brands you sell. You don’t need to stock e-bikes.

What does it cost?

Joining is free. The first 50 verified shops get Pro free for 3 months, then $39/month + GST instead of $59. No card needed to start.

How do riders find us?

Through the e-scooter repairs page, the shop directory, and the “ask shops near you” button on e-scooter brand and model pages — riders σε your state who ask about a brand you sell can send you a request.

Is EbikeMate a government service?

No. EbikeMate is an independent Australian platform. An E-scooter Passport is a voluntary record — no state requires e-scooter registration.
