Can I ride a Avanti e-bike in Queensland?
Yes, if it’s rated at 250 W or less, stops assisting at 25 km/h and any throttle cuts out by 6 km/h. From 1 March 2027 Queensland also requires an EN 15194 or Legacy EPAC compliance label on every e-bike.
