EbikeMate
Decorative e-bike, adjustable value factors and an unpriced estimate range.

What’s my e-bike worth?

Enter the details you have for the exact e-bike. The result is a starting estimate for private-sale and trade-in discussions, not a formal valuation, shop offer or guaranteed sale price. The bike’s actual condition, battery evidence, included equipment, local demand and an in-person assessment can change the price.

How we estimate

We start from the model’s recommended retail price (or the price new that you enter), then adjust for age, condition, recorded battery information, kilometres, receipt and service records. This formula does not inspect the bike or measure current demand. Record the source and date of any battery reading, and obtain a current quote for the exact battery if replacement cost matters. A shop’s actual offer can differ after inspection, and neither EbikeMate nor a retailer is making an offer through this estimate.

Common questions

How is the estimate calculated?

It starts with the model’s recommended retail price, or the price new that you enter, then adjusts for age, condition, recorded battery information, kilometres, receipt and service records. It is a formula-based starting point, not an inspection or a measure of current buyer demand.

How should I enter battery health?

Use a reading from the bike’s display, maker’s app or a dated shop test where possible. Record the source and date with the bike. For replacement cost or remaining capacity, get a current quote for the exact battery rather than relying on a generic range.

Why is the trade-in range lower than the private-sale range?

A shop’s actual offer can reflect inspection findings, preparation, warranty obligations, stock and local demand. The range shown here is guidance only: it is not an EbikeMate offer or a retailer offer, and a shop may quote more, less or nothing after seeing the bike.

Does a Bike Passport prove the bike’s value or ownership?

No. A Bike Passport organises records and status information supplied for the bike. It does not establish legal title, certify battery condition or road legality, set the price, or guarantee a sale.

Is this a formal valuation?

No. It is a free starting estimate for private-sale and trade-in discussions, not a formal valuation, shop offer or guaranteed sale price. The exact bike, its evidence, local demand and an in-person assessment can change the price.

Selling? Keep the bike’s records together

A Bike Passport can organise the serial, identifying photos and supporting documents you choose to add. It does not establish legal title, battery condition, road legality or price.

Where are you?

Your postcode decides which Australian pickup listings you can see. Local batteries show only to buyers near the seller; reviewed overseas-held items show their origin and delivery terms separately. Some items are not shown in every state.
