Book a Queensland e-bike label check

From 1 March 2027 every e-bike ridden in public in Queensland needs a compliance label. Book a time with a shop below — they get your bike’s details from your Bike Passport, and the label is saved on it.

Queensland’s E-Bike Assurance Scheme is expected to open on 2 November 2026, so label checks can be booked from that day. Only authorised verifiers can fit a Legacy EPAC label, and Transport and Main Roads will list them once the scheme opens — EbikeMate doesn’t approve verifiers. A shop that isn’t authorised can still check your bike’s EN 15194 label and paperwork. The scheme caps the inspection and label at $70.

No shops take online label-check bookings yet.

Ask shops near you about a check — one request goes to up to 5 of them.

Where are you?

Your postcode decides what you can see. Batteries are pickup only, so they only show to buyers near the seller, and some items are not shown in every state.
